Best Buy is currently taking $100 off all in-stock iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Cellular models, which drops the starting price down to just $399.99 with free shipping. While its larger siblings have been discounted frequently over the past few months, iPad mini 4 deals have been much harder to come by. Apple has several product announcements ready for tomorrow, but as of right now it looks like iPad mini 4 will not be updated or receive an official price drop. It features a 7.9-inch 2048-by-1536 Retina display, A8 chip, M8 motion compressor, 8MP iSight camera, dual microphones and Touch ID.
